David Buust. This is a near A4 size, colour action picture of David Buust the Coventry City footballer. The picture is taken from a football album of the time and has been hand-signed by Buust in fine black marker pen. Sadly this is one of very few pictures I’ve been able to find of Buust as a City player and this one shows the horrendous injury that claimed his career. Buust joined Coventry City in August 1992. Having made over 50 appearances for the Sky Blues, he suffered a broken leg during a match with Manchester United in 1996 which ended his career. His injury is often considered as the most horrific in the history of the Premier League to date. £5.00
